Can you guarantee authenticity?

As a search-engine, we do not have any right or control over the products sold by the merchants listed on dejaWOOO. As such, we cannot guarantee or verify the accuracy of a product's information, including authenticity.

However, in order to provide the most reliable results, dejaWOOO only lists products from merchants who meet the following criteria:

  • Primarily sell second-hand luxury, premium or designer fashion
  • Guarantee the authenticity of the products that they sell
  • Have a return or refund policy
  • Provide dedicated customer service

Are the products listed on dejaWOOO available for shipping globally?

The majority of the merchants linked on dejaWOOO offer global shipping, and you will find the shipping information on the product page before visiting the merchant's page.

Once on the merchant's website, you may find more information about shipping logistics and costs for that specific merchant. In some cases, you may need to select your country and currency at the top of the merchant's website to get the most relevant pricing and shipping information for you.

Does dejaWOOO offer support with returns or refunds?
